I saw you, lost to me forever, in a vision of this time. While I was staying, you were leaving, sailing away from this place in a ship of orange and amber- flaming, flaming, fanning your life out far away from here. I stayed on to work, and remembered what I saw that night: your long brown hair folding me, twisting me around as if I were the center of a storm. You left me here, staring at my hands, between my fingers, wisps of hair.
