- Sponge basics: get bread bowl & lid from below sink.
- Put in two teaspoons of yeast.
- Add 4 cups warm, this is critical--baby bottle soothing to the skin
warm--water (I nuke some and cool down to that temp); can be about 4 cups,
none of the measurements need to be precise.
- Add about 2 cups of flour from bag on counter--again about is
fine so
don't worry about sifting or leveling off.
- Finally mix well--I use the small wisk.
- Close lid tight and leave on counter.
